statement

The publisher of this journal has no relationship with Russian or Belarusian institutions. The information included on our website, related to the scientific domains and institutions of both countries, reflects the collaborative activity of researchers with others distributed throughout the world. We preserve the integrity of our indicators, especially when they cannot be discriminated by the country, but, at the same time, we hereby wish to express our strong rejection of the war and its causes, as well as our solidarity with those who suffer its consequences. Given the changing situation we are experiencing, we will be attentive to the evolution of events and we will adapt our attitude to the changes that we perceive in the situation on the ground.

Authors from Ukraine can claim a significant discount on the publication fee. We apply the principle of solidarity and help maintain science in Ukraine. The journal continues to publish articles by authors from Russia, but we appeal to authors to actively participate in creating positive pressure on competent organizations in Russia in order to end the special military operation in Ukraine.
