Submission Preparation Checklist
As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.- This article was not submitted to another journal at the same time.

The author agrees with the Article Processing Charge (APC), publication fee.
EUROPEAN UNION: 800 EUR without VAT or 960 EUR with VAT 20% / article.
OECD Countries outside EU: 800 EUR / article.
Developing countries: 600 EUR / article.
The APC fee will be billed immediately upon manuscript submission based on the information you provide.
If the article is rejected during the review process, we will deduct the fee for the review and refund the remaining amount.
This fee enables us to ensure a high-quality and efficient review and processing of all submitted articles. - The authors agree with the Licence to publish.
